A List Of Documents We Need:

Your signed AB Models agreement: We will not move forward in any way representing you until a copy of the signed contract is emailed to us at info@ab-models.com

• PHOTO OF YOUR PASSPORT (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, APPLY ASAP!)

• PHOTO OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE or State ID (IF YOU HAVE ONE)

• MODELS UNDER THE AGE OF 18: NY REQUIRES A WORK PERMIT IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE. YOU AND YOUR PARENTS MUST OBTAIN A CHILD PERFORMER PERMIT.

• PROOF OF MEDICAL INSURANCE. All models must hold some form of health insurance.
